
Xavier Baró Urbea is the educational adviser of the Association of Human Rights Educators. Xavier has over twenty years of experience in the educational and youth fields as a trainer. He combines the work at European level with the local activism in Barcelona.
As trainer and educational adviser Xavier Baró collaborates on a regular basis on the development of Training activities for the European Commission, the Education Department and the Youth Department of the Council of Europe; and the Anna Lindh Foundation for the Dialogue among cultures.

Ljubov Lissina is a founding member of AHEAD. She is the manager and the European coordinator of the Living Expressions in Dialogue Library projects.
Ljubov is a member of the Pool of Trainers of the Youth Department of the Council of Europe. As a Council of Europe expert, she supports the Human Rights Education programme as a trainer of trainers. Ljubov is a certified community and organization coach and has got broad experience in non formal education as trainer and educator and project manager working with young people, adult learners, educators and trainers.

Idealistic, passionate about human nature, Marisol is dedicated to Social Issues, namely, among the themes of Equal Opportunities and Interculturality. She works as a trainer, project manager and consultant.
Her appeal for Human Diversity and Interculturality moves her to work in favor of Education and Training for Human Rights, Citizenship, Gender Equality, Volunteering, among others, with children, young people and adults. She assumes herself as a citizen of the world and considers herself in permanent learning.

Antonia Jakobi has an academic background in Social and Cultural Psychology. She has been part of the AidLearn team since 2021, where she mainly works in European projects on gender equality, social inclusion and global citizenship as a Junior Project Manager. Before that, she has traveled, lived and gathered (working) experiences in various countries within Europe and the world.

She conducts research on the educational needs of teachers and students and the conditions for including Everyone in global education. An important part of her work is counteracting stereotypes in social life, especially in education.

PhD in educational sciences, a graduate of the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of Lodz. For 10 years professionally associated with the Faculty of Educational Sciences. Currently employed as an assistant professor at the Department of Educational Research at the University of Lodz. Her scientific and research interests focus on the methodology of qualitative empirical research, various aspects of the course and the effects of the lifelong learning proces and work with children with educational needs.

With professional experience closely linked to research, she is currently a senior technician working in the Centro de Investigação em Educação Básica, through the Instituto Politécnico de Bragança and is involved in two projects, one national (OleaChain) and another international (GainKids).

PhD in Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Salamanca. She is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychology at the School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança. She has been responsible for the subjects of developmental psychology, education psychology, emotional and behavioral problems, family and community interventions, education and mental health and special education needs. She has some articles published focusing on preschool-aged children, pre-school teacher training and empathy perception.

Luís Alberto Ribeiro is a kindergarten teacher with two post-graduate degrees in School Administration.
He worked in the Regional Directorate of Education of Alentejo (DREA) for 9 years (1988-2006), where he coordinated the Programme for Expansion of the Pre-School Education Network and the Child and Community Animation Project, as well as being part of the pilot team for the new management model and integrated basic schools. He was Director of the Vertical Grouping of Portel for 10 years (2002-2012), the first school in the region to sign an Autonomy Contract (2006), having developed, during these years, projects in ICT, school library network, school newspapers and environmental education..
